1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Coremembers mobile application and the website corememberz.com (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Coremembers.
2. Description of the Service
Coremembers is a platform that allows independent sports organizers to publish and manage sports sessions, and athletes to discover, book and take part in those sessions.
3. Registration and account
Some features require creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
4. Use of the Service
Users agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited: any fraudulent use, harassment, publishing unlawful or misleading content, and any interference with the operation of the Service.
5. Sessions and payments
Organizers may offer free or paid sessions. Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider (Stripe). Coremembers may charge a commission on paid sessions, according to the applicable terms.
6. Liability
Coremembers acts as a technical intermediary. Organizers are solely responsible for organizing and running their sessions. Sports activities involve risks; each participant takes part under their own responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (texts, logos, interface, code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of translation, only the French version shall prevail.
10. Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
